NAIFA’s own, Tom Ashley will be teaching this 5-hour course which meets the DFS requirement. Also, effective with CE compliance periods ending October 31, 2014 and later, agents MUST have a 5-hour CE course on law and ethics. Topics include regulatory awareness, insurance laws and updates, ethical requirements (including suitability), and disciplinary and industry trends.
