CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!
Membership Phone-A-Thons will be held on:
Wednesday, January 27 – from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (ET)
The purpose of the event is to place “care calls” to current members around the state – to simply check-in with them and see how
they’re faring during these unusual times (business, family, etc.), and to thank them for their membership in the association and ask for membership referrals.
AGENDA
9:00-9:15 a.m. — Orientation Zoom Meeting
On the day of the Phone-A-Thon, join other leaders on a Zoom call at 9:00 a.m. (ET) for approximately 15 minutes. (See below for the Zoom log-on/dial-in information.)
9:15-10:15 a.m. — Make Phone Calls
Place calls and make notes on the spreadsheet of responses to your call. Send to diana.shipley@naifa-florida.org afterwards.
10:15-10:30 a.m. — Debrief Zoom Meeting
Participate in a wrap-up Zoom call to celebrate!! (Use the same Zoom link as before – see below.)
