Tim Holladay, CLU, CASL, LUTCF, JD was born in Alabama and educated in Atlanta, GA where he graduated from Georgia State University with a BA and Woodrow Wilson Law School with a JD. In 1976, Tim began his insurance career with State Farm following seven years at Eastman Kodak.
Tim currently serves as President of the NAIFA-North Suncoast (New Port Richey) association was NAIFA-Florida President in 2010-11. In addition, in 2016 he was presented with NAIFA-Florida’s top award, the CG Snead/JF Bryan, III Memorial Award for Outstanding Service. He has been a top contributor to the IFAPAC and has continued to serve on the state committee. Currently, Tim serves as chair of NAIFA-Florida’s Legislative Committee.
Tim has a real love for politics which began in college where he was Junior and Senior class President, Secretary of State, President of the Interfraternity Council, and President of his fraternity. He also served as a student advisor to Governor Jimmy Carter. He currently serves as a citizen advisor to U.S. Congressman Gus Bilirakis (FL-12), and was appointed chair of the Florida Elections Commission by Governor Rick Scott.
A winner of the West Pasco (County) Business of the Year award, Tim has also served on the Boards of Boys Clubs & Girls Clubs, Suncoast Y.M.C.A., Vice President of First Call for Help, President of 7 Springs Rotary, and the Tampa Bay Georgia Bulldog Club.
Tim is married to wife Raylene and they have two daughters — Mia and Tiffany (who works in his office) — and five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He enjoys golf, baseball, reading books and the beach.
