Make plans now to join your fellow NAIFA-Florida members for our annual Legislative Day on the Hill – March 20-21, 2023 – in Tallahassee. Lobbyist Tim Meenan is looking for a large turnout this year as many critical issues impacting our business will come before the Legislature. Group visits with legislators, talking points in hand, are vital to communicating our stands on these issues. The opening Orientation Session on Monday, followed by cocktails and dinner (included in registration fee) will prepare you for your legislative visits on Tuesday.   • 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. – Day on the Hill Orientation Meeting

  • 6:00 p.m. – “Drinks with Tim” Happy Hour

  • All Day – Members meet with their Legislators at the Capitol
    During the day, snacks and bottled water provided in the conference room of Meenan P.A. Courtyard, 300 S. Duval St., #300, Tallahassee, FL 32301

  • 6:30 p.m. – Herb Morgan Dinner
    Dinner will be an additional charge and require preregistration. The cocktail hour will be a cash bar onsite.

    Cocktail Hour (cash bar) opens at 5:45 PM. All invited!

Refunds – A full refund less a $25.00 processing fee will be processed for requests received prior to March 3, 2023. No refunds will be issued after March 3, 2023.

Hotel Information

We will have two host hotels to chose from which are located next to each other. The rate for both hotels will be $169 per night. This includes breakfast, wifi and parking.

Reservations cutoff date for both hotels is 3/3/23.
